Finding the right size battery

I have a quadcopter which is about 6 years old, it says on the quadcopter JJRC HBD and the manual that came with it says F+ series 2.4 ghz but I look it up it says Holy stone. What size replacement battery do I need ? I thought it was a 3.7 350 mah. Is this a Holy Stone or a JJRC

So I have managed to pair my jjrc x25 with my phone had to use a new phone put have it paired I have used the drone twice with out fail amazing bit of kit very happy but went to use it today and I can not get the drone gps to calibrate before today it look 3 rotations of the drone to then do vertical calibration then another 3 turns to complete the calibration even with 14 satellites connected to the GPS but when rotating horizontal and vertical it will not calibrate I have had no trouble before today now it just will not calibrate i have tried to do this by using the remote control and tried on the phone i have sent 3 or 4 emails and have had no reply i am getting very upset as all i want do a great review on the drone on my youtube channel and tiktok channel but if i can not get help with sorting this then it will be sad to show the truth i am very up set about the customer service i have been shown as well please can someone contact me and help

Hello I recently purchased a jjrc x5 and it is having an issue falling out of the sky when I try to land or descend. I'm worried it will get broken. I dont know if the esc is bad or the GPS is bad but something is definitely defective. I run new props and batteries, not in high wind, or around power lines AND ITS NOT ROTOR WASH. I am aware of all reasons this could happen but it isnt the case. I bought mine off Ebay on July 25th 2020. Can you help me please? This has ruined many of my props and allmost destroyed my drone on several occasions but this is dangerous as well. It could hurt someone when it decides to fall without warning. X002AUO51T is the UPC code it is a BLACK 4K edition.let me know what if anything you are willing to do to help. When the drone is power and the lights continue to flash out yellow when I turn on the remote control even though the battery has been charging for full day and a day and a half the aircraft battery indicator in case that indicates that it's dead. And there cannot be a GPS satellite indicated

Faulty motor on a NEW X5 EPIK

The first day the first idle the left rear motor doesn’t work. I didn’t even have it for 3 hours. I can’t get anybody to help me out....ITS BRAND NEW.... from what I understand no one is interested in my problem,,which leads me to think your customer service is sub par.
